Free live location tracking
A built-in Bluetooth tracker (the same technology as an Apple AirTag, not GPS) in every box — watch its live location on a map from collection to return, updated every 20 minutes, straight from your account. Most bike-box hire services don’t offer any tracking.
Flexible date changes
Trip running long? Extend your hire or move your dates in a couple of taps from your account — no phone calls, no rebooking.
Tier levels
The more you hire, the less you pay. Complete trips to earn Silver (10% off), Gold (15% off) and Platinum (25% off your daily rate) — applied automatically at checkout, forever.
