Bike Box Packing Instructions

Bike Box Alan are the market leading bike boxes offering the best protection or your bike.

See below packing instructions for both boxes.

Packing the Bike Box Alan Original

1. Remove pedals.

2. Deflate wheels, and fix into the lid using quick release skewers provided.

3. Remove seat post from the bike if required.

4. Remove handlebar stem. Place handlebar over the frame as show in the photos.

5. Secure the bike with the velcro securing points.

6. Ensure there are no loose parts, put the anti crush pole in and add foam insert.

For tyres larger than that 28mm in width and integrated handlebars we strongly recommend the Aero EasyFit Bike Box.

1. Place the bike chain on the largest chain ring at the front.

2. Remove the pedals, delate the tyres.

3. Place back wheel in the lid of the box and secure with velcro.

4. Place the first layer of foam over the wheel.

5. Place the bike frame on top of the foam and portion the cranks o the chain set so they are parallel with the edge of the box.

6. Secure down using velcro straps. There might be straps underneath the foam. Make sure the bike is secure.

7. Place foam on top of the frame.

8. Place the front wheel in the lid of the box, secure with the velcro straps.

9. Add any parts that may have been removed from the bike such as seat post and pedals.

10. One last check everything us secure and close the box.
